MANASSAS, Va., July 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Value Place has announced the opening of a new extended stay hotel in Manassas, Va., the second Value Place hotel to open in the Washington, D.C., area this year. The four-story, 124-room Manassas Value Place, at 10910 Balls Ford Road, is easily accessible via the Sudley Road exits from Interstate 66/State Route 234 or Lee Highway. Washington, D.C., is 30 miles away via I-66, and the historic Civil War Manassas National Battlefield Park is a 10-minute drive from the hotel.
