Analyst Update: Sales Results, Upcoming Earnings, Updated Outlook, Management Changes, and Notes Redemption

The U.S. stocks closed higher on Friday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500 closing at record highs after news that Greece and its Eurozone creditors have officially reached a four-month extension agreement of Greece's bailout package. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 154.67 points, or 0.86%, to 18140.44. The S&P 500 rose 12.85 points, or 0.61%, to 2110.30, and the Nasdaq Composite gained 31.27 points, or 0.63%, to 4955.97. The rally was seen in European markets as well. As per the Markit Economics report, its Composite Purchasing Managers Output Index (PMI) for the 19 nation single currency bloc jumped to 53.5 points from 52.6 in January. The report added that Euro zone business activity hit a seven month high in February. Asian stocks mostly closed higher on Friday with Japanese stocks rising to a fresh 15-year high, lifted by a weaker yen as US dollar was on the front foot again based on upbeat US data.
Cato Corporation's (Cato Corp.) January 2015 sales increased 14% YoY to $54.9 million. Same-store sales for the month were positively impacted by adverse weather in last year and increased 14% from prior year.
Leading women's omni-channel specialty retailer Chico's FAS, Inc. (Chico's FAS) will review the operating results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 2015 in a conference call with security analysts on Thursday, February 26, 2015 beginning at 8:30 a.m. EST.
Christopher & Banks Corporation (Christopher & Banks) updated its outlook for fiscal 2014 fourth quarter. The Company is scheduled to release its Q4 2014 and full year 2014 results on March 12, 2015.
DSW Inc. announced the promotion of Carrie McDermott, Bill Jordan, Roger Rawlins, and Harris Mustafa, effective February 2, 2015. These management changes aim to strengthen the Company's organization, establish a single pyramid in charge of all customer touch points, increase bench strength, and balance workload in those parts of the organization that are undergoing significant change.
Express, Inc (Express) announced full redemption of 8.750% Senior Notes due 2018 by its wholly owned subsidiaries Express, LLC and Express Finance Corp, with the redemption date of March 1, 2015.
