Valiant Integrated Services Announces Key Acquisition of ABM Government Services

MCLEAN, Va., June 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Valiant Integrated Services ("Valiant") today announced that it has completed the closing of a purchase agreement with ABM Government Services LLC ("ABMGS"), accelerating the Company's entry into the growing market for Mission Support and Linguistic Services, Critical Infrastructure Services, Healthcare Facility Services and Healthcare Construction Management to the U.S. Government.

The transaction naturally extends Valiant's core capabilities and is projected to significantly increase the size of both the Company's operations and annual revenue. ABMGS will do business as Valiant Government Services with a formal name change to follow.

ABMGS has three distinct business lines:

• Providing mission-critical, in-theater linguistic, translation, and interpretation services.
• Providing the backbone of its customers' operations, specifically supporting the most mission-critical components, including data centers, power generators, fire suppression systems, irrigation systems, and other vital areas to customers who rely on the Company for uninterrupted service.
• Providing Healthcare Facility Services to military hospitals and government medical facilities across the U.S including construction management services for healthcare facilities.

The business has approximately 1,000 full-time employees.
