The Bragin Brain Activation Program™ (B-BAP™) addresses all aspects of integrative rehabilitation and consists of the four pillars model (4M's: movements, mood, memory and mitochondria). This program was described in detail in his three books, "How to Activate Your Brain" (in Russian in 2005 and in English in 2007) and "Conquering Depression in the Golden Years" (2009), and is now available to every patient in our office. Dr. Bragin emphasizes that treatment for dementia has to be enjoyable and easy to implement in the office and daily at home. The results of this rehabilitation protocol have been presented at numerous conferences and articles over the last 20 years.
Dr. Bragin has a fervor for learning. He serves as independent researcher for the International Psychogeriatric Association and Alzheimer's Association International Society. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry.
Dr. Bragin's enthusiasm and passion for the results of his work has prompted him to dedicate a significant time to educating the public of different Brooklyn communities about the B-BAP™ for treatment of people with dementia.
