ALISO VIEJO, Calif., March 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (NYSE: VRX) today announced that its 2010 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on May 11, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, at The Umstead Hotel located at 100 Woodland Pond Drive, Cary, North Carolina 27513.  The record date for the annual meeting is March 15, 2010.  Only stockholders of record at the close of business on the record date will be entitled to vote at the meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.
