MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., March 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Carry and Christy Gandy and their three children, Brantley, Matthew and Allen Collins are the third winners of VacationMyrtleBeach.com's Golden Ticket Sweepstakes.

The Gandy family pulled up to the Landmark Resort in the wee hours of the morning on Friday, March 4 after a long drive from Goldsboro, N.C. During check-in they were told they had won a free stay at the resort. Little did they know, when they would head down for breakfast later that morning, a bigger surprise would be waiting for them. A team from the resort and VacationMyrtleBeach.com were there to award them with the Golden Ticket grand prize package and a "trip of a lifetime."

The Golden Ticket Package awarded the Gandy Family with a free Landmark Resort vacation, as well as an upgrade to their accommodations. It includes daily breakfast for the family of five at the Gazebo Restaurant at the resort.

In addition to their free stay, other prizes awarded included meals from The Original Benjamin's Calabash Seafood, Damon's Grill, Shuckers at Broadway at the Beach and Planet Hollywood. Arrowhead Country Club provided a free round of golf and mini golf passes were also included. Five passes to Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX 3D Theatre were a big hit with the kids.
