UTC Climate, Controls & Security Offers New Products and Programs to Fire and Security Partners

FARMINGTON, Conn., March 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX),  unveiled its suite of innovative new products and enhanced partner programs at ISC West today in Las Vegas. UTC Climate, Control & Security is a leading provider of fire and security systems, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, building controls and automation, and contains the Interlogix, Lenel, Supra, Onity, Edwards and MAS brands.

As part of its presentation at the show:

• Lenel showcased OnGuard® 2012, the latest version of its industry-leading security management platform. Customers can benefit from OnGuard's stronger integration capability and increased functionality. OnGuard 2012 is now available through Lenel's Value Added Resellers (VARs). Also on display was Lenel's latest Lenel Network Video Recorder (Lenel NVR) 7.0, available as a software-only or as a turnkey hardware solution to support Lenel's next-generation of Video Management Systems.
• Onity announced the Onity Partner Enterprise Network (OPEN), a new partner program for third-party access control solution providers that allows partners to increase their overall value proposition by integrating with Onity's wireless locking solution, Onity Wireless Lock (OWL).
• Edwards released the latest technologies to the Vigilant™ channel.  The Ready-Set, air-aspirating, technology offers easy installation for unique smoke detection environments. Additionally, the Vigilant Site Monitor Software (VSM), an incident status software, is now compatible with the VS Series Fire Alarm Panel and available for Vigilant dealers.
• Interlogix launched the self-contained residential control solution, Simon XTi™ for its residential customers. For the commercial segment, Interlogix highlighted the next generation IFS network equipment, Verex™ security management software that now integrates with TruVision™ video, web-based TruPortal access control system with iPad®  app, along with two new powerful UltraView cameras that include an IP PTZ.

Television personality Buddy Valastro made a special appearance at the UTC Climate, Controls & Security booth to talk about the Interlogix IP video solutions installed at Carlo's Bakery in New Jersey.
