UST Global, a leading digital transformation solutions company, today announced the graduation of its first Step IT Up America (SIUA) program participants in Quincy, Mass. The SIUA students have been successfully placed in the Information Technology department at Retail Business Services, an Ahold Delhaize USA company, which also has roots in Quincy.
