NEW YORK, May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- USSE Corp. (Union Square)(Pink Sheets: UCRP) announced today that the Chief Executive Officer has released the following letter to its shareholders:

Dear Shareholder:

The year 2009 was a turbulent one for our country in general and for USSE Corp. (Union Square) in particular. We did not escape the effects of the overall economic slowdown. Management fought through much adversity, but at this writing, I am pleased to report that our company is in good condition and has started the year with renewed optimism.

Revenues for the first quarter ending March 31st were a record at $1,395,000. Additionally, we have realized a profit of $117,153.00 for the first three months of the year. Our financial condition, at present, reflects positive cash flow, significant debt reduction and cash in the bank.

As you may be aware, our Gridiron Bash Event, which combines major entertainment performances with college spring football games has been, and continues to be, a major focus at Union Square. We have reshaped the original business model into a very stable and unique program that consists of a 10 year Rights Contract with each participating school, tied to their season ticket package.  A separate announcement will be made in the near future regarding this and the Universities we are pursuing.

In addition, we started the filing process to become a fully reporting company.

Union Square has survived and is looking forward to a strong 2010 and beyond.
