NEW YORK, Aug. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- USSE Corp. (Union Square Agency) (Pink Sheets: UCRP) announced today that the Chief Executive Officer has released the following letter to its shareholders:

Having completed the first half of 2010, USSE Corp. is positioned for substantial growth in revenue and earnings for the second half of 2010 and leading into 2011. The revenue increase is largely due to the addition of several new key clients, sales staff additions via recruitment and strategic acquisitions poised to deliver immediate revenues.

Gross revenues for the first half ending June 30th were a record of $1,809,000. The Company reported a profit of $203,878 for the first quarter and a small loss of $70,477 for the first half in total. Our financial condition, at present, reflects positive cash flow, significant debt reduction and cash in the bank.

Gross revenue guidance for 2010 is $7,000,000 to $8,000,000 based on project timing and sales success. Earnings for the same period are projected to be cash flow positive with a range between $700,000 and $1,200,000 based on sales volume and project mix. The company expects to continue its trend of revenue and earnings growth with continued focus on client retention and new sales while searching for additional strategic acquisitions in our core businesses.

Additionally, Management believes the company is in the final stages of the filing process to become an SEC reporting company and hopes to submit a registration statement within the next 60 days.
