NEW YORK, Aug. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- USSE Corp., (Union Square Agency) (Pink Sheets: UCRP) today announced it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop a large scale entertainment property in partnership with a major market host city kicking off New Year's Eve and extending through January 3rd.

The sights, sounds and excitement will come to life beginning December 31, 2010 through January 3, 2011. A main traffic thoroughfare is slated to be closed to traffic creating exciting opportunity for business partners and attendees alike. The four day festival is expected to be filled with a star studded array of entertainment and activities for revelers.  Media from around the world is expected, with New Year's Eve receiving international coverage.
