JUPITER, Fla., May 9, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- United States Immigration Fund "USIF", one of America's most dynamic USCIS-approved EB-5 Regional Center's has closed divesture transactions with various EB-5 investors represented by Liu, Chen & Hoffman LLP "LCH", a New York and Silicon Valley corporate law firm backed by a multitude of rich experiences through representing hundreds of EB-5 investors regarding the investment aspects of their EB-5 processes.   

The USIF team was led by Ms. Ashley Flucas who serves as General Counsel for USIF, and the LCH team was led by Attorney Zhiping "Louis" Liu.
