A new dynamic format will keep interest high as panelists explore this year's topic: Navigating the Landscape of Competition, Complexity, and Change. This year's panel and featured speakers include renowned business executives and academic scholars who are driving change in real time, such as Bumble Bee Foods President and CEO, Christopher D. Lischewski; MTV Cross Media's Executive Vice President, David Gale; and eHealth's Chairman and CEO, Gary Lauer. These corporate visionaries will address how senior leadership and CEOs can leverage new strategies and approaches to leading change within their organizations to effectively compete in today's ever-changing business environment.
"The entrepreneurial blueprint for success is effective leadership," notes Scott L. Gilmore, Chairman, USC Marshall Partners. "Only by understanding heightened competition, increasing complexity, and accelerating change, can you maintain enough focus to offer the best solutions, the most value, and the strategic insight necessary to run a successful business."
The summit's format is designed to foster dialogue among a diverse cross-section of Southern California's CEOs and senior leaders. "The summit offers a unique setting for leaders to make connections and share new ideas in an interactive forum that encourages engagement," according to Gilmore.
The keynote address is accompanied by a networking luncheon with Trojan alumni, faculty, and friends. The closing will feature Paul & Denise Fejtek who will share their exciting story about their Seven Summits quest, and what it takes to train, prepare, and select the right team to help get to the top. A cocktail reception at the summit's close will offer further opportunity to continue the conversation.
