PATTERSON, Calif., May 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- USAA Real Estate Company today announced that it will develop an approximately one million square foot fulfillment center for Amazon Fulfillment in Patterson, California. Amazon will not take occupancy of the facility until Q2 2013.

USAA Real Estate Company will continue to serve as the landlord for the facility and will lease the space to Golden State FC LLC once the building is complete. Golden State FC LLC will operate the fulfillment center for Amazon.
The facility will be located north of Sperry Road, within the West Ridge Business Park.
