USAA Real Estate Co. Hires Cassidy Turley to Manage More Than 2 Million Square Feet

INDIANAPOLIS, July 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that the USAA Real Estate Co. (USAA RealCo) has selected the firm to manage three metro-Indianapolis buildings totaling more than 2 million square feet.

While Cassidy Turley Project Leasing and Property Management teams represent USAA RealCo properties in Louisville and Washington, DC, this portfolio marks Cassidy Turley's first partnership with USAA RealCo in the Indianapolis region. Properties in the agreement include Plainfield Distribution Center at 2150 Stanley Drive, Plainfield, IN, which totals 493,500 SF; GreenParke at Airwest at 3747 Plainfield Road, Plainfield, IN, which totals 770,640 SF; and Airwest Distribution Center at 2801 Airwest Boulevard, Plainfield, IN, which totals 804,586 SF. Additionally, Luke J. Wessel, SIOR, Senior Managing Director, Principal, at Cassidy Turley will lead Project Leasing efforts at GreenParke at Airwest.
