USA Tax & Insurance Services, Inc. Announces Organizational Changes

PALM HARBOR, Fla., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- USA Tax & Insurance Services ("USA Tax") announced several key organizational changes today, designed to maintain its leadership among Financial Services Organizations.  "I am thrilled about the changes and what they will do to take USA Tax to a whole new level," stated Stephen R. Hand, owner and founder of USA Tax.  "This is one of many exciting changes that we are undertaking to continue to effectively position USA Tax as a leader in the industry."

The organizational changes are as follows:  Stephen R. Hand, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will become Chief Marketing Officer; Joseph R. Karsner IV, consistently one of USA Tax and the industry's top producers, will become President; Scott R. Chakan, Chief Operating Officer (COO), will become the CEO; A. Ravi Malick, Vice President, will become the COO; and Joseph Salerno, Senior Vice President, will become Executive Vice President.
