WASHINGTON, Jan. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Surgeon General Regina M. Benjamin, MD is to address delegates at the Employer Health, Human Capital & Wellness Congress on Wednesday, February 2 in Alexandria, Virginia, World Congress announced today.

Dr. Benjamin, the 18th Surgeon General of the United States Public Health Service, speaks at 10:15am on prioritizing actions and collaboration across government and between the public and private sectors to improve population health and well-being.
