Texas Civil Justice League Releases Video as Part of Statewide Campaign to Increase Voter Participation in Judicial Races
AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Texas Civil Justice League (TCJL) has released a new video featuring U.S. Sen. John Cornyn (Texas) discussing the importance of electing the best-qualified judicial candidates in the upcoming primary election.
The video is part of a TCJL statewide advocacy campaign to increase voter participation in judicial races. The organization, which advocates for a fair and balanced judicial system in Texas, has launched a voter education effort aimed at increasing awareness throughout the state about the importance of electing qualified judges.

Senator Cornyn was first elected to the United States Senate in 2002 and was re-elected in 2008 to serve another six years. He previously served on the Texas Supreme Court and as the Texas Attorney General.
