U.S. News University Directory Announces Best Colleges 2016 Rankings From U.S. News & World Report
Valuable resource helps prospective students and parents find the right school for their needs
TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. News & World Report, the country's most trusted and authoritative source for education rankings, has released the 2016 edition of Best Colleges to help students navigate the complex process of evaluating their college options.
The rankings can be accessed exclusively now at USNews.com and USNewsUniversityDirectory.com. The "Best Colleges 2016" print guidebook will be available on newsstands on Sept. 29.

Workers with a bachelor's degree make higher wages and are less likely to be unemployed, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). As of 2014, people with a high school diploma made a median weekly salary of $668 and had an unemployment rate of 6 percent. In comparison, bachelor's degree holders made a median weekly salary of $1,101 and had an unemployment rate of 3.5 percent, according to the BLS.
