(Diligent), a federal information technology (IT) services company, announced today that they have been awarded a SeaPort-e Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The U.S. Navy has selected Diligent and partner CACI International Inc. as part of this award which gives selected companies ability to compete on functional task orders. SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, Information Technology, Information Assurance/Cyber Security and Program Management. The IDID supports Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps.
