US Fuel Corporation Contracts with VStock Transfer, LLC
Files 15c2-11 with Glendale Securities
ATCO, N.J., April 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- US Fuel Corporation (Formerly Trading As OTC Pink: USFF) ("USFF" or the "Company"), a company focused exclusively on the production of synthetic fuels announces that as of April 1, 2014 it has contracted with VStock Transfer, LLC to replace Holladay Stock Transfer as the Company's Transfer Agent. Unlike Holladay, Vstock can process the Company's shares electronically by using the DTCC system and FAST system for DWAC transactions. The ability to process share transactions electronically, versus strict paper instructions and processing, speeds the processing time and streamlines the process for our shareholders. In today's electronic environment, it was vital to the Company's growth that we switch to a transfer agent that can provide such services.
Glendale Securities, Inc. has filed Form 211 with FINRA pursuant to SEC Rule 15c2-11 in order to resume electronic quotations for USFF. All of the documents were compiled and submitted to Glendale Securities, Inc., with the advice of USFF's securities counsel, Hunter Taubman Weiss.

About USFF: USFF's goal is to build, own and operate facilities which convert hydrocarbons into non-petroleum based alternative fuels, such as diesel, gasoline and aviation (jet fuel) and other valuable products. Taking a fresh and practical approach to production and distribution, using the best new technologies, and leveraging existing infrastructure, the Company plans to use one of America's most abundant resources: natural gas, to economically produce manageable quantities of high quality synthetic fuel close to end use. These fuels, which can be used exactly like petroleum derived fuels, deliver better performance, dramatic across-the-board reductions in all major criteria pollutants such as SOx, NOx, particulate matter (PM), and hydrocarbon (HC) emissions, and can be delivered through the existing distribution infrastructure with no changes to equipment, pipelines, storage tanks, or retail stations.
