WASHINGTON, Feb. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The United States Department of the Treasury (Treasury) awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract to Hill Associates Corporation (HillASC, Inc.) to provide Information Technology and Financial Management Support Services (ITFMSS). The five-year contract has a potential value of $100 million if all task and option periods are exercised. This contract, sponsored by the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), supports Treasury's headquarters' offices and operating bureaus across a wide spectrum of IT areas. These include technology management, acquisition support, IT strategy, systems security, financial management, project and program management, program development, enterprise architecture and development, and cloud support services. The company will support Treasury's IT mission as it undergoes significant business and technical transformation as a result of emerging technologies related to cloud, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. In addition, HillASC, Inc. will update and execute Treasury's IT strategy, focusing on reducing operational costs and improving efficiency across the Department.

The scope of the task orders issued under the BPA will also expand to focus on strategic consulting and support related to innovative cloud - and mobility-based services, information security, data center consolidation, as well as optimization of programmatic support across the Treasury enterprise.
