"Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Tony Robinson, an unarmed African American teen in Madison (WI) who was shot and killed by police last week. These situations are extremely difficult for the community and the police department and we stand ready to support our colleague Mayor Paul Soglin during this trying time for his city.
