Urban Pace Announces Election of Suzanne Des Marais to WDCAR Post

WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Urban Pace, a Washington, DC, real estate sales company, today announced the election of one of its top producers to the position of 2010 president-elect of the Washington DC Association of REALTORS(R) (WDCAR), the state-level real estate trade organization. In 2010, she will also serve as the chair of the DC-focused Public Policy Committee for the Greater Capitol Area Association of REALTORS(R) (GCAAR).

Suzanne Des Marais, who was just named to the WDCAR post, joined Urban Pace in 2006. "I look forward to my new role with the premier Realtor organization in our community," she said upon learning of her election.

Working within the Fine Homes division of the company, Suzanne focuses her real estate practice on the neighborhoods of LeDroit Park, Bloomingdale, Capitol Hill, and Petworth. In addition, she has developed a specialty working with architects, investors, and developers.
