Upscale Pet Resort Currently Under Construction in Loudoun County, Virginia

STERLING, Va., June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Olde Towne Pet Resort (OTPR), headquartered for more than 10 years in the Springfield, Virginia area, announces today its pet resort's expansion into the heart of Loudoun County, Virginia's "Dulles Technology Corridor." "We have certainly tended to every possible detail before and during the construction process to create what will soon be known as a 5-star pet boarding resort with three expansive day camp rooms, 70+ newly constructed 'cat condos' and over 100 spacious dog boarding suites."

The brand new facility, in total, will be approximately 32,000 square feet and includes many high-end and premium architectural features. "We sought to create stress free and comfortable animal housing for Loudoun's companion animals complete with executive suites, swimming pools and grooming salon," says Mark R. Hafen (AIA), founding member of Colorado-based architectural firm Animal Arts which specializes exclusively in animal care facilities. "It was  exciting to work with the Old Towne Pet Resort team to develop a facility that meets the animals' needs and streamlines OTPR operations.
