The declaration now covers the following parts of Minnesota: Beltrami, Blue Earth, Brown, Carver, Chippewa, Dodge, Faribault, Freeborn, Hennepin, Jackson, Koochiching,
Lac Qui Parle, Lake of the Woods, Le Suer, Lyon, Marshall, Martin, McLeod, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Pipestone, Ramsey, Redwood, Renville Rice, Rock, Roseau, Scott, Sibley, Steele, Todd, Wadena, Waseca, Watonwan, Wright, and Yellow Medicine counties, and the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa within Koochiching County, Red Lake Band of Chippewa, and Prarie Island Indian Community tribes.
