Sterling is a fast growing full-service toxicology services laboratory serving criminal justice, substance abuse, medication monitoring and employment testing clients nationwide. WCP is a growth-oriented middle market private equity firm with substantial expertise and a track record of proven success in the healthcare services sector.

Mr. Primo has significant experience with consumer product companies, wireless telecom and laboratories.
