MCLEAN, Va., April 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Due to the holiday closure of the New York Stock Exchange on April 22, Capital One Financial Corporation (NYSE: COF) now plans to release its First Quarter 2011 earnings results on Thursday, April 21, 2011, at approximately 7:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Additionally, the company will host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time to review financial and operating performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. The call had previously been scheduled for April 21, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.
The conference call will also be webcast live, and the earnings release will be available on the company's homepage at www.capitalone.com. A replay of the webcast will be available through the company's homepage 24 hours a day, beginning 2 hours after the conference call, until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on May 5, 2011. Capital One will also make an MP3 file available for download the next business day following the conference call.
