Time Warner Inc. Analyst Notes    

On March 31, 2014, Time Warner Inc. (Time Warner) reported that NCAA March Madness Live, managed by Turner Sports, a division of the Company's subsidiary Turner Broadcasting System, delivered more than 64 million live video streams across all platforms through the second week of the 2014 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship. According to the Company, the 64 million live video streams reflects a 40% increase when compared to tournament to date last year, and it has also exceeded last year's total video streams of 49 million video streams for the entire tournament. Viacom, Inc. Analyst Notes 

On March 28, 2014, BET Networks, a subsidiary of Viacom, Inc.
