IHS Inc. Analyst Notes
On May 12, 2014, IHS Inc. (IHS) reaffirmed its guidance for FY 2014 (period ending November 30, 2014) revenue, adjusted Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) and adjusted Earnings Per Diluted Share (EPS). For FY 2014, IHS reaffirms and expects: Revenue in a range of $2.17 billion to $2.23 billion, along with 6-7% organic growth on the subscription base; Adjusted EBITDA in a range of $675 million to $705 million; and Adjusted EPS in a range of $5.50 to $5.85 per diluted share. The Company stated that this outlook does not assume further currency movements, acquisitions, divestitures, pension mark-to-market adjustments or unanticipated events. IHS further informed that it will report its Q2 FY 2014 (period ending May 31, 2014) results on June 19, 2014, before the market opens, and will hold a conference call and a webcast on the same day at 8:00 a.m. EDT.
