University of Nottingham Highly Commended for Business Process Improvement Initiatives Using Metastorm BPM Software

Prior to automating this process, associate-access requests were submitted using a complex, paper-based form, preventing the Associates from gaining access for several weeks.  Since deploying GAIM on Metastorm BPM at the end of July 2010, the University of Nottingham has completed over 1200 applications and shortened the process from several weeks to seven days, with the fastest application being approved in only two hours. In total, the University of Nottingham has saved over 1500 hours of effort across the organization in just four months.
