University of Miami to Launch Its First Fully-Online MBA Program

CORAL GABLES, Fla., June 2, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The University of Miami School of Business Administration is expanding its fully-online master's degree offerings with an Online Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Classes in the two-year program, which is designed for working professionals, will begin in January, May and September each year, with the first class beginning in September 2015. Like the School's on-campus Professional MBA program, the Online MBA program offers a challenging curriculum focused on global strategic thinking and analysis. The program will be the third fully-online master's program to be launched by the School in 2015, following master's programs in finance and accounting.

In addition to taking the core MBA classes online, participants in the program will take one elective course. The course can be taken online or during a one-week residency on the School's main campus in Coral Gables, Fla. An optional on-campus orientation at the beginning of the program is also offered.
