University of Maryland School of Public Policy to Host Maryland Democratic Attorney General Candidate Debate
COLLEGE PARK, Md., May 14, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The University of Maryland School of Public Policy will host a debate between the three candidates for the Democratic nomination for Maryland Attorney General. Delegate Aisha N. Braveboy, Delegate Jon S. Cardin and Senator Brian Frosh are scheduled to participate in the debate on Monday, May 19, 2014. University of Maryland Public Policy Professor Doug Besharov will serve as moderator for the debate.
This debate will be the first of two official debates held prior to the Democratic primary for Maryland Attorney General on June 24 (the second debate will be held at the University of Baltimore on June 9). These debates will be the only campaign-organized and Maryland Democratic Party-supervised debates and will follow a traditional debate format.
