CHESTER, Pa., May 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On Thursday, May 15, 2014, at Clarion Hotel in Essington, PA, Chester Community Charter School (CCCS), will honor more than 50 baseball, basketball, softball, and cheerleading student-athletes for their participation in the 2013 – 2014 season, at the Eighth Annual Sports Banquet and Dinner. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, a member of University of Arizona basketball team, and CCCS alumnus, will speak to an audience of more than 160 parents, guardians, community members, and CCCS staff and faculty.
Chester Community Charter School's basketball team had a winning record (10-2) this season, while the baseball and softball teams, building for future success (2-6 and 0-4, respectively), will finish out the remainder of their seasons, in the coming weeks.
