David P. Ingram, co-founder of the highly successful Brownbook directory, will join the company immediately as Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnership Development, operating out of Silicon Valley.

In UBL's Charlotte headquarters, Kelly Benish has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development and Ralph Boral becomes Vice President of Finance and Operations.
