Follows name change to UBL Interactive, Inc. from Name Dynamics, Inc.
CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Business Listing's parent company, UBL Interactive, Inc., has completed the change of its stock symbol from NDIX to UBLI, following the corporation's recent name change from Name Dynamics, Inc. to UBL Interactive, Inc.
The name change and corresponding symbol change were prompted by what management believes to be the overall success and awareness of the company's core product, Universal Business Listing.
Stockholders, vendors, partners and customers are not impacted by this change and no action is required on their part. New stock certificates will be issued to replace those of Name Dynamics, Inc., as well as those of its merged predecessor entity, Bounceback Technologies.com, Inc. Certificates registered under these names will continue to be fully honored until replaced.
