Acquires Two Guard Services Companies
SANTA ANA, Calif., Feb. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Protection Service, a division of Universal Services of America and one of the largest providers of security services in the U.S., today announced it has acquired two SMS Holdings Corp. security guard companies—Valor Security Services and Brantley Security Services, extending its foray into the retail mall market.
