Flanagan comes to Unitrends with a strong background in both high-growth and change management cultures. Prior to joining Unitrends, Flanagan held a variety of senior HR leadership positions, including at companies such as Zipcar, Nokia and Stratus Technologies. In these roles, she led the design, development and implementation of organization-wide talent processes and drove effect growth and change. In her early career, Flanagan drove expansion in startups like Aware, Inc., Virtual Ink Corporation and Idealab.
