SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Unitive, the first human resources technology solution built for hiring managers, today announced recent additions to its executive leadership and roster of renowned advisors to meet the growing demand for a data-driven approach to hiring.
Mike Eynon was appointed Vice President of Product and Xochitl Cazador was named Senior Director of Growth and Customer Success. Two new advisors have also joined Unitive's ranks; Laura Liswood, formerly a Senior Advisor for Goldman Sachs, and Juanita Lott, Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President at Epicor, and former CEO of Bridgestream.
"Our new team members' respective experience driving operational excellence is a huge advantage to Unitive as we rapidly expand," said Laura Mather, founder and CEO of Unitive. "I'm delighted by the level of talent and value they bring to the table during this exciting period of growth."
Eynon will lead Unitive's product and engineering teams with process-oriented problem solving and behavior driven development to build world-class, world-changing technology. He is an expert at building highly-scalable solutions, with strong experience in engineering, risk management and systems architecture. Before joining Unitive he was Founder and CTO of Silver Tail Systems, a company that pioneered leading-edge systems in real-time online fraud detection, before leading the company to a successful acquisition by EMC/RSA in 2012. He previously served in leadership positions at PayPal and eBay in fraud prevention and detection.
Cazador is poised to help grow Unitive into a truly customer-centric organization, spearheading a go-to market strategy focused on fast-growth user acquisition. She joins Unitive with extensive experience shaping strategy to drive growth, scale operations and lead expansion into emerging markets. She spent 15 years driving business transformation at Cisco, where most recently she led expansion into 26 emerging markets resulting in 30% year over year growth. Cazador previously served in leadership positions in the Americas, Europe, and Asia where she led product and portfolio management.
In addition to these new hires, Unitive has signed on two new advisors to support its growth and goals moving forward in 2016. "We're thrilled to have Laura Liswood and Juanita Lott apply their collective experience to advise Unitive's decision-making, as we direct our course to help organizations build the world's best teams," Mather said.
