UniTek Global Services Announces Stock Ticker Symbol Change

(the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: UGLB), a premier provider of permanently outsourced infrastructure services to the wireless and wireline telecommunications, broadband cable and satellite television industries, today announced its official stock ticker symbol change from BERL to UGLB.  This change is made in conjunction with its previously announced name change from Berliner Communications, Inc. to UniTek Global Services, Inc.  The stock ticker change will go into effect at the start of trading on July 6, 2010.
