AUSTIN, Texas, May 8, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA) presented its 2013 International Distance Learning Hall of Fame Award to Dr. Mark David Milliron in conjunction with the 2013 National Conference in St. Louis, Missouri.
