United Shore Promotes Justin Glass To Chief Digital Officer

TROY, Mich., Dec. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- United Shore, home to the nation's No. 1 wholesale lender, United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), appoints Justin Glass to Chief Digital Officer. The newly created position is another signal of the company's focus on innovation and unparalleled client service experiences.

The creation of the chief digital officer role adds to United Shore's reputation as a trendsetter in the mortgage industry, following the launch of UMobile, a mobile app that updates live and allows users to lock loans on-the-go. The company will also unveil its new EASE transactional system in the next few weeks, which will set a new industry standard for mortgage lending. 

Glass, an eight-year veteran of United Shore who most recently served as SVP/Business Development, will have responsibility for United Shore's digital innovation and core digital platforms, including web, mobile, CRM, loan transaction system, as well as future digital innovation.  Glass was recently recognized as one of the "Top 40 Mortgage Professionals Under 40" by National Mortgage Professional Magazine. In October, United Shore's wholesale division, UWM, received Mortgage Technology Magazine's 2014 Online Originator Award, acknowledging its commitment to using web-based technologies to generate borrower leads and convert them into closed loans.
