United Security Bancshares, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend
THOMASVILLE, Ala., Feb. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United Security Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: USBI) announced today that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share at its meeting on February 18, 2010, payable on April 1, 2010, to shareholders of record on March 12, 2010.
"Our dividend program continues to be an important part of our ongoing efforts to provide value to our shareholders," stated R.
