United Security Bancshares Announces CCO Resignation

FRESNO, Calif., April 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Dennis R. Woods, President and Chief Executive Officer of United Security Bancshares (http://www.unitedsecuritybank.com/) (Nasdaq Global Select: UBFO) announced today that Mr. Karl Miller provided notice to United Security Bancshares ("the Company") of his resignation from the Company, effective May 9, 2013.  Mr. Miller's resignation is from his positions as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of United Security Bank and the Company.  The Company has begun a comprehensive search of qualified candidates for the position.
