United Realty Partners Names Dov Shimanowitz as EVP of Operations
Senior real estate and finance professional brings experience in operations, marketing, and business development
NEW YORK, July 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- United Realty Partners today announced it has appointed Dov Shimanowitz as Executive Vice President of Operations for the firm's advisory arm, United Realty Advisors, LP.
In his new role, Dov will oversee the implementation of United Realty's strategic plan including business development, compliance and client relations. Dov is also responsible for coordination of investment offering documents and filings across all United Realty affiliates.

With over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate, Finance and Technology industries, Dov is an experienced leader, combining strategic business planning and execution, strong business operations experience in finance, legal, project development, sales and client management.
Prior to joining United Realty, Dov served as Chief Operating Officer of Multi Distressed Asset Co., a firm focused on the acquisition of distressed residential real estate properties nationwide. Additionally, he served as a Director of Strategic Business Development at Madison Commercial Real Estate Services.
