WASHINGTON, Oct. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The United Master Executive Council of the Air Line Pilots Association has endorsed Hillary Clinton for President of the United States. The United MEC, which represents 12,500 pilots, is the second largest member of ALPA, a branch of the AFL-CIO.
"Secretary Clinton supports union members, and specifically supports pilot-partisan solutions that directly affect the livelihood and careers of all ALPA pilots," said United MEC Chairman Captain Todd Insler. "The United MEC recognizes her commitment to our issues, including her opposition to the Norwegian Air International (#DenyNAI) flag of convenience scheme, and endorses her for President."
