Miller recently joined United Heartland and is responsible for the ongoing development of the company's underwriting strategy and direction, with direct involvement in underwriting quality control, divisional consultation and training.

Miller has been serving as an underwriting consultant for United Heartland for the past five months. Her career includes over 25 years in underwriting leadership positions with national insurance companies, including Northbrook Insurance Company, Unigard Insurance Company, Great American Insurance, Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and Zurich North America, with her most recent position being senior vice president/Liability Line of Business director for Zurich.
