Unique Pizza and Subs Announces Opening of Corporate Unique Pizza Sports Bar

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation  (OTC Markets Groups Inc.: OTC Pink: UPZS) a Delaware Corporation, is pleased to announce it is negotiating leases in the Monroeville PA market to open a Corporately Owned Unique Pizza and Subs Sports Bar. UPZS has narrowed its search down to two possible Monroeville spaces for its Showcase Location. They are currently in the final stages of negotiating the leases and have deemed both locations to be outstanding, so it now comes down to the most favorable lease.

James Vowler President and CEO of Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation said, "We have wanted to open a Flagship Corporate Store for the past couple of years but needed to fully complete the restructure before we could move forward. This location will be a first class Unique Pizza and Subs Sports Bar offering our full menu options  in a family friendly atmosphere. This locations will run as a four profit center facility; Dine-In, Bar area, Delivery, Take-Out. Each of the four separate profit centers will be operated and incentivized of their own, this will allow our Flagship Corporate Store to enjoy tremendous success. This location will have a separate cooking station in the dining room allowing our helpful staff to show kids how to make their own pizza, there will be live entertainment and many sponsored local events. This Corporately owned location will house our Corporate Office's and will also be used as a training facility for Pittsburgh stores and future franchisees."
