Unique Glassware And Furniture Attracts Bidders During Auctionata's First NY-Based 20th Century Decorative Arts & Design Auction
NEW YORK, Nov. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Auctionata successfully completed its first 20th Century Decorative Arts & Design auction last night, from 7 to 8:50 PM EST. The auction was hosted by auctioneer Steve Brezzo and Jennifer Scanlan, a New York-based independent curator focusing on 20th century design. The sale attracted 265 registered bidders from 26 countries, including Japan, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, and Brazil, in conjunction with partner bidding sites. Active bidding kicked off the auction with the modern and elegant Edward Colonna's Porcelain Vase, followed by unique furniture and lighting fixtures.
