Union Square Licensing, Inc. Announces Exclusive Worldwide Management and Licensing Deal

NEW YORK, June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Union Square Licensing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of USSE Corp., (Union Square) (Pink OTC Symbol: UCRP), announced today that it has been chosen by Rudy Sarzo, professional recording and performing artist, to be his exclusive worldwide licensing and merchandising agency.

Mr. Sarzo has been part of the most popular bands in rock & roll history including being a founding member of both Ozzy Osbourne's first solo band and Quiet Riot, both with guitarist Randy Rhoades.  He has also been a member of Whitesnake, Dio and Blue Oyster Cult.  

Mr. Sarzo's recordings combined have sold over 30 million copies and he has appeared on numerous MTV Music Videos.  He was voted #1 Bassist in Circus Magazine and has headlined tours worldwide for over 25 years. In 2006, Mr. Sarzo wrote a book "Off The Rails" which tells the story of his time in Ozzy Osborne's band and centers on his memories of guitarist Randy Rhoads.  Rudy recently wrapped up production for Mark Burnett's VH1 Classic reality series "Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp" due to air October, 2010.
